Dr. Tracy Simon with Family

Dr. Tracy Simon, D.C.

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Simon, a Southern California transplant, stumbled across chiropractic quite by surprise at the young age of 11 when a sports injury baffled medical doctors into one week’s worth of exploratory surgery on Dr. Simon's hip. When nothing seemed to help Dr. Simon's hip, a relative recommended chiropractic care. Dr. Simon agreed to see a chiropractor and was soon properly diagnosed with a dislocated hip. Soon, Dr. Simon was well on her way to recovery and a passion for chiropractic health care was born.

Dr. Simon lived a very active lifestyle thanks in part to chiropractic health care, and she went on to be a very successful high school and college student athlete. All the while, remembering that her athletic lifestyle was almost cut short by a misdiagnosis, Dr. Simon pursued her dream of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. After graduating from Will C. Wood High School in Vacaville, Ca., Dr. Simon attended Napa Valley College where she earned three associate degrees in two years before transferring to California State University at Sacramento. Dr. Simon later attended Life West Chiropractic College in San Leandro, Ca., where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic title.

Dr. Simon opened her practice in the fall of 2001 in the same office where she currently practices. She enjoys open and frank discussions with her friends/patients and often is heard sharing a laugh or sharing family photos with anyone who walks in her office. Dr. Simon's quality chiropractic care is the common denominator for all those in search of relief from various health issues, but no doubt those long lasting, tenured relationships return to the office of Simon Chiropractic for the smiling face and the friendly conversations that accompany each visit.

Dr. Simon is proud to have recently celebrated 21 years of providing quality chiropractic health care to her patients and is looking forward to celebrating many more years serving the citizens of Vacaville and the surrounding cities. Dr. Simon is married to her high school sweetheart and has two beautiful daughters that often visit the office—buying time until the day that they too may work at Simon Chiropractic.

Please don't take chances with your health. A wellness plan that's easy to understand and follow through on is key to good health all through your life. Make chiropractic a cornerstone of that plan, and you're well on your way to living a life that's active and free from pain.

Dr. Howley chose chiropractic as a career after suffering a sports injury in 2012. It was the effort of a number of practitioners performing hands on therapies including chiropractic that got her back on the field. She decided on chiropractic so she could provide hope for patients who feel lost in the medical model, who feel like their needs are not being addressed, and to facilitate a physical change within a patient to promote healing. (Fun Fact: Dr. Howley saw Dr. Simon in this very office for that fateful sports injury! It’s amazing how things come full circle)

Dr. Howley was raised right here in Vacaville, CA. She attended Alamo Elementary, Willis Jepson Middle School, and graduated from Vacaville High School. She took her studies and athletics across the county where she received her Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in New York.Following her undergraduate degree, she pursued chiropractic at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward California and graduated in 2022.

While attending Mount Saint Vincent, Dr. Howley worked as a student athletic trainer caring for and rehabilitating student athletes at the college.Dr. Howley achieved her clinical requirements at Life West in only 5 months, deeming her eligible for a preceptorship in an office for real field experience. She spent the remainder of her enrollment serving Fairfield, CA at Kosak Chiropractic.

Aside from her passion for chiropractic, Dr. Howley loves to be out in the community participating in a number of activities. As a child she played sports at the recreational level including soccer and swimming. At a more competitive level including traveling organizations, high school and collegiate athletics, Dr. Howley played Softball and Golf.

When she is out of the office, you can find her in the barn or arena riding her horse, Popeye, competing in Gymkhanas and barrel races. She hopes to one day complete a certification in Animal Chiropractic so she can care for her horse, her dog Shasta, and other ranch animals through the chiropractic lens.

Dr. Howley resides in Vacaville as well as her parents, sister, and grandparents. She married her High School Sweetheart, Thomas in 2018. Dr. Howley and Thomas welcomed their son Hudson into the world in 2022.

Dr. Howley prefers to adjust by hand, but also utilizes a number of other tools like drop table, activator, and myofascial release techniques because she believes one size does not fit all. She aims to be able to provide a variety of options to best serve each individual patient who walks in the door.
